Bringing innovative technology to the market requires an innovative approach in itself. We are changing the way food is produced: more sustainable, more cost effective, and eliminating the bad stuff and overprocessing that is too often used in food production. In the next stage of our growth journey we are looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Manager who will drive professionalization and value creation as we scale our business. You will elevate our management of suppliers to a completely different level, and build an agile and best-in-class sourcing approach encompassing all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Machinery Components & Technical Sourcing

• Source and purchase machinery components, spare parts, and services

• Act as a main point of contact to suppliers of mechanical, electrical, and automation components

• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers

• Manage procurement documentation and track deliveries

• Collaborate with Project Engineers to understand bill of materials (BOM) and technical requirements

Packaging Materials Multi-Sourcing

• Multi-source and purchase packaging materials (films, trays, special materials) used by customers of Micvac.

• Build and manage relationships with existing and new packaging material suppliers

• Stay up to date with market trends, new packaging materials, and regulatory requirements

• Ensure packaging materials meet quality standards and sustainability goals

This is the qualifications we are looking for:

• Proven experience in technical sourcing or procurement, ideally in a machinery production or industrial manufacturing environment

• Experience in managing multiple suppliers and building more resilient supply chains

• Experience working with international suppliers

• Experience sourcing packaging materials (plastics, films, related supplies) is a strong advantage

• Solid understanding of supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization

• Analytical mindset with attention to cost, quality, and delivery reliability

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, production, and finance teams

• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software

• Knowledge of sustainability trends in packaging sourcing is a plus
